Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every Business plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required. Configure hubs, admin seats, and managed users before you commit. On day 15, the account goes read-only and you have 30 days to upgrade, extend, or export your data.
How is pricing structured?+
Business is multi-dimensional: a base price + per extra hub + per extra admin seat + a managed-user band. The calculator above shows the all-in monthly total as you change inputs. Starter is a flat $79/mo for one hub, one admin, and up to 50 managed users. Enterprise is custom-quoted to your scale.
What's the difference between admin seats and managed users?+
Admin seats are people who administer Foreman itself — running QA, configuring rule sets, deploying folders, managing access. Managed users are everyone in your Autodesk hubs that Foreman touches (e.g. for permissions audit, member management). You typically need far fewer admin seats than managed users.
Do annual plans save money?+
Yes — annual billing saves 20% versus monthly across Starter and Business. You can switch billing cadence anytime from your account.
When should I upgrade from Starter to Business?+
When you add a second ACC hub, exceed 50 managed users, or need scheduled automation, webhooks, branded PDF reports, push to Forma Issues, the Foreman Assistant, or MCP integration. Starter is sized for a single small practice on one hub.
Does Foreman work with SharePoint and Box?+
Yes, on every plan. Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Box, browse SharePoint sites and Box folders inside Foreman, and run your QA against them with the same rule sets, templates, and reports you use on Forma. Push approved files between Forma, SharePoint, and Box in any direction with metadata pre-filled (ACC custom attributes, SharePoint site columns, or Box metadata templates). One caveat: the broader admin layer (permissions, member audit, project deployment, file search, attribute extract/import, Power BI) stays Forma-only today.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Foreman doesn't store your ACC files — content streams through memory for QA extraction and is never cached. The same applies to SharePoint: content streams through Microsoft Graph and is never cached. Configuration, rule sets, templates, and reports you've created can be exported at any time. Your Autodesk hub remains the canonical source of truth, so cancelling Foreman doesn't touch your CDE.
Can I get a quote in writing?+
Yes — use the "Get a Quote" button on the Business card to receive a tailored quote document by email, valid for 30 days. Useful for procurement or finance approval. Enterprise quotes include custom invoicing, PO terms, and SLAs.
